Oversold Line Capacity Slows Internet Every Night

In case you haven't realized this Comcast has oversold line capacity, yet they continue to advertise Power Boost High Speed Internet. What a crock. Windows has a program built into it where you can do an IP trace on your PC, it will list connections and speed. The AT&T line out of Knoxville TN, who Comcast has purchase service through slows down every night between 8pm and 10pm. If I wanted dial up I would call the phone company and have a land line installed. My wife and I have gone round for round with Comcast from screwed up billing to no Cable service and SLOOOOOOW internet services. Comcast Wins the Darwin Award for the people they hire in Customer Service.
