This company, told me I could order a cd from them for the amount of 1.98, to give me access to government grants, but drafted the total of 69.98 from by checking account with out my approval, they scammed me. N/a

This company which is the grant university, scammed me out of 69.98, when they were only suppose to draft 1.98 out of my checking account, to give me access to government grants. They did call me to see if I was satisfied with the cd, and I told them no because I was not even able to get into the website, He quickly hung the phone up. I was scammed.
