Promised a $5000 Grant, Ripped off

I was phoned by a man named Brian Johnson from Government Grants Association who promised me a grant for at least $5,000. He told me as long as i was 0ver 18, paid taxes, had a checking account and made sure all information i gave was correct i would recieve a package containing the legal documents and applications for grants. But he did promise me at least $5000. Then after i stupidly gave him all my info including my last 4 digits of my social security number and my checking account number I was told there was a $199.95 s&h and processing fee. I tried to look up the company after and i found numerious other people were scammed this way by the same Brian Johnson. They told me they would withdraw the $199.95 on April 15. I'm not sure what to do now, do I cancel my checking account? Can these people mess with my credit or use my information since I gave them the last 4 numbers of my social security number?
