An email came in my mailbox about Government Grant info package. This was the message.

I was checking it out and went to the site. I paid 39.95. However the individual or whoever did not get back to me about me being eligible for free money from the government in the form of grants. At first I was able to access the website but I can't anymore. It was bunch of grants lists. I tried getting my money back, but can't. I still have the email and the email with my reciept from paycom.net I tied several times to contact someone but I kept getting unable to send messages. I am real bothered by this.
