I have had avantek for more than 9 months now. I have been out of internet service due to outages about 4 times now. When I try to call and get them to fix it I always receive an answering machine. For instance i have now been on hold for over 15 min and they never return my calls. I don't know what to do at this time. I hope no one else decides to use this service due to being such a bad service.
