TextbooksRus Checkout Fraud and Rip-Off

Buyer beware - Do not ever use TextbooksRus.

They are an absolute Rip-Off company. The amount that TextooksRus charge to your Credit Card is $10 higher than the final transaction amount of the purchase at the checkout.

That means they rip you off for a higher amount and you pay much more than your expected transaction amount at the end of their checkout process.

I have tried to resolve this with their support for more than two weeks. No success - they are not interested in resolving the matter and to pay my $10 back.

They do not answer their phones - only getting to voicemail. They do not return calls after numerous messages. The do not properly respond to emails and do not take steps to resolve the problem as stated in my emails.

Buyer beware - Do not use TextbooksRus - You are going to get ripped -off. They are going to charge your credit card for more than the transaction amount and would not resolve it. I experienced this a a fraudulent transaction.
