I bought gateway computer 6/06 and had problem with the computer 6/07 and was sent to repair company and since the repair casing of computer was never right and my hard drive failed completely about 2 weeks ago and I sent it to the repair comp-any and they called to charge me extra for hinges which were tampered with during the first repair and I called HSJN protection plus and they told me that they will be returning my purchase price and today I called HSN protection plus and they refused to send me my purchase price check as promised. They also reversed the circumstance and blame me for the hinges. This is highly unethical and unprofessional
