PC TOOLS does the automatic renewal trick before you know it. I received a notice that I would be automatically renewed and before I could get to this outfit's site to stop it, it was already done. I sent an email requesting cancellation and received an auto response telling me I would be contacted within 24 hours. Of course this never happened. I have sent several emails but have wound up in a loop. It is obvious the is a criminal enterprise. I have sent a letter, with copies of my emails, and their auto response to the attorneys general of Ireland, California, Colorado and Texas. I have also sent the same to the appropriate Better Business Bureaus and every computer magazine I could think of.

Folks, these are scumbags and we've go to go after them until they are pubically known for what they are, sleezy slimebags.

Please, make sure you contact all authorities when they steal from you.
