Ics computers company president ripoff to consumers misrepresentation actual national sale price rip-off liar

On January 4 i went to ICS Computers to buy a boomerang cellphone for my business. Al Rahmani, sold me the phone without giving me receipt. He said the his computer system was down and i should come for the receipt later.

The next day, Januray 6 I came for my receipt and Al refused to give me my receipt. I told him I needed my sales receipt and also indicated that he had sold me the phone for over $44 beyond the national sales price.

I indicated to him that i want him to remit the price difference or pay me back the entire $98 i payed for the phone. He said that he can't give me anything. I said I will not leave until I receive my money so he proceed to call the police and told them that I was harassing.

When the police (Officers, Baglo-16450 and Lee-15749) from the Tempe district came, I told them about the fraudulent transaction. The police told me that my only hope was to get my money via the judicial process. They took my name and address information. I was told not to return to the facility or I will be held for trespassing. Al also told the police that he will mail my receipt and lied that he is not the owner of the business. The City of Tempe Tax and License list him as the President of ICS Computers.

It seems the Mr. Rahmani operates ICS Computers fradualent. The BBB has many complaints about this company. I would like to return the phone and receive my money back. I will like for your bad business practices of ICS Computers be exposed to the general media and hopefully shut this business down since it seem that Mr. Rahmani has been pulling these same tricks for quite a long time.
