Jeff Berg's 'Computer Troubleshooters'
Robbery and he refused to settle with me even though I produced a receipt for my laptop computer

Computer Trouble Shooters was broken into and my Laptop Computer was stolen. Mr Berg asked me to produce a receipt. I gave him the receipt and he began immediately to put me off. Mr. Berg told me that there were three other computers stolen, however none of the other customers had turned in their receipt.
He wanted me to wait until everyone else had turned in their receipts and then he would deal with me.

I was very patient. He told me he had a one thousand deductable on his insurance policy. I waited over two months and he told me he would give me a desk top and if I did not like it he would not give me anything and I could just take him to small claims court. I could not believe he was talking to me with so much disrespect. I asked him had he taken care of the three other individuals who lost computers, he told me that was not any of my business and to please leave his store.

All I wanted was my computer or some effort to satisfy my lost. He did not talk to me like I was one of his customers. He talked to me like I was a fool.
