Sent unauthorized text messages to my cell and will not respond to my inquires

I stared recieving text messages from limbo.com (textx that are not free to me). I never signed up for anything on their website, no privacy policy or agreemnt. I had never heard of their website until I got the first text message. I have tried many many times to contact the company by email which is the only way I can find to contact them and they will not respond. They send me a canned email that states that a representative will be assignd my case in 24 business hour and that was a week and a half ago. I have tried 3 times to contact them to find out why they were sending me text messages, how they got my cell phone number and costing me money with no success!
