Textbook Sale Payment Never Received After Two Months

I sold a textbook on amazon.com and on July 20th was sent an email from amazon indicating that I would receive my credit in 5 days. It has been two months and I have not received the credit.

I contacted amazon by email and phone and all they can tell me is that it has been deposited. They said that if there is a problem I need to contact my bank and then their bank. I have done both and both said they have not received any type of pavement.

So now I am left with no money and amazon isnt trying to do anything to help.
