I got this message stating I had won $1000.00. To go to the website enter WALL. I do not have text message plan on my phone therefore I have to pay for every text I receive. I never text and dont like to get text messages. How can they get my information / cell number if I am the "DO NOT CALL LIST"? I really wish there was better monitoring of these scams than what we have. I know the elderly are buying into it not realizing what they are getting into. Why cant the government have more control over these type scams?
