Ripping off the Elderly

I am filing this on behalf of my elderly parents. This charge has appeared on their phone bill for the past two months. They are both 80 years old and have no clue as to what this service is. They never ordered it and everytime they call they are told to leave a message and someone will call them back. Of course they never do. They need to get these charges off their phone bill as soon as possible.
