TV Guide Riffed off Elderly Parents

Back in Nov around the 12th we emailed, (I, Charlotte Matlock, on behalf of elderly parents, Elgie & Caroline Messer) They had tv guide for years, they released that the shows that were stated to be on this channel at this time was not correct. They called and cancelled their subscription. To no avail, I then emailed them, hotroddaddyswife@yahoo.com on behalf of my parents here we are now. The subscription having finally been halted after several contacts but have never repeat NEVER received the refund checks they do not respond when contacted. It has been significant amount of time for the refund to be concluded. We want justice our elderly should NOT be taken advantage of. Control # 0112Y1708315. They are happy to take your money but when time to refund do NOT want to do it!
