Stauts: Pending, after 3 days

I purchased a temporary wedding ring set on almostdiamonds.com 4 days ago. I paid the extra shipping to ensure that it would arrive on time, as I am getting married next weekend. (My "real" ring won't be ready for quite sometime and found something similar enough to match). I have checked my order status everyday since ordering, it it continues to say "Pending". How can the oder still be pending since my debit card had been charged and I paid for the extra shipping? I've called countless times, with no answer. Today alone, I probably called close to 10 times, and each time I get a recording saying that they are gone for the day. The hours listed on there website are m-f 10AM-5PM. I am afraid I won' have a ring on my wedding day, regardless if it is a cz or not. Their customer service is terrible and they must be stopped!
