Juan Manuel Lozano or Van Graff Jewelry Juan Lozano is the owner of Van Graff jewelry. I paid $895.00 by paypal echeck for my wedding ring and was promised the ring in two weeks for my wedding. Two weeks later, no ring and no email explanation

Miscellaneous

I purchased my wedding ring from Juan Lozano, owner of Van Graff jewelry. I was promised the ring for my wedding day, which was in two weeks. Two weeks later, I had not received the ring or any explanation. After two emails, I was told it would be an additional two weeks, and I would not have my ring for my wedding day. Two weeks after that, I was told that the swine flu had caused problems with his business and it would be another two weeks. Two weeks after that and I was told it would be more time. Two weeks after that I was told that there was a robbery at his store but that he would send pictures of my ring once it was crafted. Two weeks later (again) and no pictures, no email, no ring. I was told it was at the setters and it would arrive shortly. A month later, of course no ring and now Juan Lozano would not answer my emails. It has been almost four months since I paid for my ring, and the only reason I didnt file a claim with paypal and my bank was because I honestly trusted Mr. Juan Lozano.
Do not do business with this company! They are horrible! Ruined my wedding day and stole $900 from me!
