I have beed paid in full for about 12 months - never recieved anything more than the junk computer they sent me. I paid over $2000 and what i recieved was probably worth about $600. They still owe me a flat screen TV which i have called about literally a dozen times over the past year. A few months back, when i talked to one of their representatives, the woman on the phone told me the TV would be sent and i would get it in 3 to 6 weeks. I was also told i would be recieving a rebate of $300. The last time i called, i sat on hold listening to their recording for 45 minutes and had to hang up because it felt like my head was going to explode. It felt like they were avoiding me...
