PBA Voicemail Service
This company cost me my job!

My Name is Nichole and this company cost me to loose my job. I went on a secure website to obtain my credit report and this company obtained all of my private information.

About 3 weeks ago, I recieved notice from my employer who called me at home on a Friday afternoon and informed me that I was going to be suspended without pay so they could investigate what was going on. All I was told at the time was that a service who does private voicemails had billed my employer for 3 months at 12.95 this companys name was listed as PBA voicemail service.

I immediatly conducted my own reasearch on the internet and found out who this company was. I called and spoke to a represenative who gave me the backround of how this company works. Said that this company recieved my information through Prizerewards.com. I was never on this website. This company said that because I was on a secure website and that gave them the right to obtain and authorize me for a voicemail service. I disputed this and the account was cancelled. However my job was not happy and fired me because of it.

I am trying to figure out how I can sue this company. They should not be allowed to bill a working phone number that does not have any association to you or whoever, that is crazy... If anyone could help me that would be wonderful.
