Fradulent billing of voicemail service ripoff

On my last SBC Bill I received a charge from OAN Services, Inc. On behalf of USA VOICEMAIL for $19.95. I called the number listed on my bill and they said that I had visited a solicitation website for this service. I explained that I have voicemail through my local phone company and would have no reason to have another service in addition to it. The lady didn't say anything more other than she had cancelled it and gave me a confirmation number.

Sounds like this is a common call for them since they don't argue and just refund without question.

I called SBC and requested no Third Party Billing on my account, so this cannot happen in the future. I have long distance service through my local phone company, so it's not a problem, but if I used AT&T, Sprint or MCI for long distance they would have to send a separate billing for the long distance portion.
