Stole Money from my account

I logged into my bank account to check it and found a charge pending of 29.95 and the description was DIR*ELEMENT5.com. I called my husband to ask if he charged anything on the card cuz it said it was a Debit Transaction. He said No so I called my bank and they said it was done on my card yesterday when of course i didn't use my card I was at school all day.
