Flat out stealing money from my account - UNAUTHORIZED

My bank statement shows a $29.95 charge (pending) from DRI*ELEMENT5.com. I have NO clue who these people are - NO clue how the gathered my information - or how they have authorized my card - but they have. I've called the bank - and nothing can happen until the charges go through. I've already been complaining - and have bookmarked this site - to have some proof that this company is flat out stealing from people.
I'll update as this unfolds. I'm also filing a report with the BB.
Unreal. And annoying. Now I have to cancel my debit card.
