There is a charge on my bank account supposedly by debit card by this company neither us have heard of

I have found a charge on my bank account for a company neither my husband nor I have heard of. The bank says it was a debit card transaction but we wont know until the 28th whose card was charged. I'm calling the bank to have them check it out here. Hopefully they can take care of it. Now I have to contact everyone to whom I have given my card # to online to say their security has been breached.
