Company took unauthorized funds from my checking account $39.95

I just went in to check my checking account balance and noticed that a $39.95 charge from DRI*Element5.com is currently pending on my account. I called the bank and they cannot do anything until the transaction has actually posted. I have no idea who or what this would have been and per the customer service rep this was done at 9:30pm last night which would have been impossible for me to do. I will wait and see if it posts and go from there but have already cancelled my card and will get another one with new numbers in 7-10 days so that it doesn't happen again while I wait and see what's going on.
