The video computer store, computer personalities ripoff

Early last year, I attempted to purchase a computer from off of a cable television infomercial... Sadly enough, I never received my computer or any parts of it. I called numerous times to find out what was going on, but was told they didn't know why it was taking them 3 weeks to send my computer.

I then asked for a refund and was told that it was being processed and that i should receive a refund within 2 weeks. Well needless to say i never received that either. When I tried to call back in reference to the refund, the line had been disconnected.

From my own detective work I soon found out that the business had filed bankruptcy. So now I had no computer, no refund, and no idea what to do... I was so pissed off. Computer Persoanlities had ripped me off for over $2,100.00.

I filed a complaint with attorney general's office in early April of last year. I have not heard anything since. I think that really sucks!!! Whats a girl to do???
