For all who purchase a computer from the Video Computer Store. You will not be able to reach them via phone or the internet since they have shut down. Computer Personalities Systems Inc filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection and the owner of Computer Personalities Systems Inc, George Capell filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy protection.

The commonwealth of Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General has since filed a lawsuit agains this company. You may still be able to file a claim. Visit PA's web site at www.attorneygeneral. Gov or call 1-800-441-2555 to file a complaint.

The best of luck to everyone who had dealings with this company. Hopefully we can get satisfaction with the pending lawsuit filed by the PA General Attorney's office.

Like you I am a consumer who purschaed a computer from these folks although I received my computer I never received all of my rebates nor got the technical support as promised.

The valueable lesson learn nothing is a good as it seems. Never buy a computer unless you get all the major disk (hardware) once something goes wrong you have no disk to reinstall the program.
