First let's say this place has stressed me to my wits end. Well It started off o.K. I found the flat screen I wanted. It was priced at a little below msrp, so i said cool. So i made my purchase, got my order 3 days after it was supposed to be here. Then it was broken, didn't even turn on! I thought well it happens. So I called them to return my flat screen and the staff was more than rude, but before i say that let me tell you before i even got the monitor I looked up the same year, make and model at 3 defferent stores, wich i should have done before i purchased. Anyways they upped the shipping by 4 pounds. Also the description to all the stores i looked at were the same except geeks.com. Not even close to being correct.

So back to my not friendly at all conversation with there rep. I told this rep that there website was way off and it seemed like they were trying to misleed there customers. The rep actually said " I Don't give a d*n about the website, do you have something to return." I said "what do you mean you don't give a d*n". He said " our website won't get you your money back. I have spoke with a lot of customer service reps, never one that has used any type of vulgarities.

I got my return done they gave me a bunch of information to write down on the box and if it wasn't wrote down i wouldn't get a return. Did that, got a tracking number and everthing. According to the ups the package arrived three days later. I called them about 4 days after the package arrived to them. So 7 days later. They said the package didn't arrive yet. At this point i am pist off.

Gave it like three days and sent them a email because i didn't want to speak to one of there very rude reps again. 2 days later i received a email saying they are sorry for the problem, and if i had any more questions about my return to log in on there website and look at my report. I log in and it says sent to return department money refunded within 7-10 days.

Now today going on 14 days money still not refunded. So i called the rep, she was rude but no vulgar statements, So i guess thats a good step. She tells me well i am going to send this order to the return department and your money should be to withing 7-10 business days. That was it she hung up. Now i am fed up, So now I'm letting everybody know stay away from Geeks.com. If you don't beleive try your luck.
