Pacificgeek.com Shipping Fraud. Sells FedEx, ships via postal service, pockets the difference

I have made 20 or more purchases from Pacific Geeks. I'll use my last purchase as an example of how their scam works. I bought two sticks of computer memory. I specified FedEx shipping and was charged $9.50 for FedEx ground shipping. Pacific Geeks then shipped my package via the United States Postal Service at a cost of $5.00 and then pocketed the difference. I verified the shipping costs at my local post office. When I ask for an explanation and a refund, Pacific Geeks ignores my email. I am trying to find a lawyer to start a class action law suite against Pacific Geeks but I cannot find one to take the case. Not enough money in it I guess. I do not want to let Pacific Geeks get away with this fraudulent practice, They have done this to me approximately fifteen times. Think about how much money they are fraudulently making doing this to hundreds of thousands of customers. I hope some attorney will help me stop this continual defrauding of customers. I think Pacific Geeks has posted a disclaimer on their website saying "We reserve the right..." But if Pacific Geeks sells Fedex shipping to a customer, they have no right to ship any other way and pocket the difference. What they are saying is. We reserve the right to defraud you, our customer. I reported this to the FTC. Thats when they put the disclaimer up on the website.
