Ripped off by someone you can't find

This company has me going. What made me go to them was when I came home from work my wife said our computor has a virus, not one but multi ones.

Then this pop-up appeared for Spyguarder antivirus protection so naturally I fell for it.

I ordered it along with AlphaWipe Tracks Cleaner. Well since then the AlphaWipe is not responding and I was charged or it.

I have sent numerous e-mails with no response regusrding a refund. They even charged aInternational Transaction fee which nothing was said abut during purchase.

I received one e-mail from them saying that I had agreed to the software license agreement and I would not get a refund. N such agreement came up no the screen to agree to...

Like I said I cannot get in touch with them, they will not e-mal me back. Like others I have been reading about in your reports... I HAVE BEEN RIPPED OFF and want my money back and Them shut down...
