Antivirus Billinternet 18004671077 Scammed me and sent my money overseas! England

Purchased AlphaWipe Tracks Cleaner along with Antivirus 2008. It removed some of my files and introduced viruses to my computer.

My computer was totally messed up. I had to call someone to come and fix my computer. They had to remove everything on my computer and completely restore my system. The cost to me was 349.00!

I have continually tried to contact billeinternet for a refund. Message boxes are always full - and there is never a response to my e-mails.

My credit card statement came and guess what! These people are billing for a company in England! So I not only got ripped off for the software and computer repairs; I also got ripped off for the exchange rate!!!

(Today I have some one to answer the phone - (different name of course) but when I wanted a refund I was told that their computers are down: gee&big surprise!) Told them I want all my of my money back plus 349.00.

I have also requested phone nember of scammer in England. Waiting to hear back. Think I will?
