I lost my wife this past April who knew a lot more about our computer than I did. So as I was looking around my security I was instructed to download and pay for this Antivirus and Alpha wipe tracks cleaner which I did. Now Antivirus doesn't work and I can't tell if the alpha wipes work. And it won't let me compose any e-mails now. What do I do to get rid of this piece of junk and how do I get my money back?
