Company sells online backup and storage. They lost 80 gigs of my files and will not answer any of my calls for support

This company sells online storage and backup. I backed up about 80 gigs of my important files with them and they charged me accordingly. When I had a tragic hard drive failure I tried to get my files from them. They had lost 95% of all my files in a software upgrade according to them. They got back less that 9 gigs of data for me. But after a few weeks they refuse to answer any of my calls for support. They also promised me a refund of my money and after well over a month I am yet to see a dime. I urge everyone to stay away from this company.
