Will not let you cancel their service -keeps billing when service not availab. E

I have tried for a month and spent many hours talking with engineers from Vonage with no results. The service worked fine for 11 months and not after. I have spent over 3 hours on the phone with people all over the world trying to cancel the service. They WILL NOT CANCEL SERVICE! Don't get involved with this company. You may like it for a while, but consider it a marriage you cannot be divorced from. They have your credit card number, and if you contest, they just mess up your credit report.
