Vonage first lures you into this very simple cost saving scheme where you get all the benefits of extra ordinary phone service but they also tell you that you can cancel anytime without any contract but they charge you a cancellation fee. Their technical help is a week away and they promise to reimburse you if you use third part service to wire your house for their phone service but they never reimburse you. If you ask for the credit they will say that you have to keep receiving service and then they can consider a service. I was with Vonage on the phone for over 6 hours, never got a refund, was charged for two months of phone service that I never used and paid $100 to rewire the house since vonage would send a person after 7 business days! They will keep you on the phone, the support service are very rude/unhelpful. They know they are scamming people and they still in business! I paid over $300.00 for services (IN ONE MONTH!!!) that I never used and spent countless hours trying to get service.

Finally I switched back to xxxx and I am very satisfied. Please save yourself TIME & MONEY and do not sign up with Vonage! GO WITH ANY OTHER COMPANY!
