Debited my credit card the day after I placed my order but never sent the product nor replied to my emails

I foolishly ordered a DVD box set from this unscrupulous company 2 months ago.

I never received my order. Apparently they do not know how to send things by post and reply to emails but have no trouble debiting credit cards, including 100 bucks from mine!

I have filed a report with my bank and cancelled my credit card.

After years of shopping and banking online without any problems I became complacent. From now on I'm going to check out a company thoroughly before ordering, including a visit to complaint, so that they don't get away with it!
