I ordered a couple of DVD Box Sets and have yet to receive my stuff and it's been almost 2 months. Have emailed then and got no reply whatsoever. Also, got their phone number from my bank and they are apparently called The DVD Superstore somewhere in Nevada but are theplanetdvd.com on the internet. I would touch these con artists and I am filing a major claim with my bank against them.
