CDgospel.net charged me 3 times for an incomplete orde

On March 19th, I placed an online order to CDGospel.net for 6 CDs for a total amount of $52.93 to be charged to my credit card. According to CDGospel.nets website, the order was split into two separate orders. The first order of 4 CDs was shipped on March 21st, for a total shipped amount of $37.05.

As of today (July 11th - almost 4 months later), I still have not received the final 2 CDs (which total $15.88).

On March 30th, I sent an email to CDGospel.net inquiring as to the status of the shipment of the final 2 CDs; however, I never received a response to this email.

Then, on April 21st, CDGospel.net charged my credit card account 3 separate charges of $52.93, for a total amount of $158.79. When I discovered the overcharge on May 9th, I left a voice mail for CDGospel.net and I also emailed CDGospel.net, and advised them of the overcharge and demanded they refund the amount they overcharged me. On May 15th, CDGospel.net responded by email stating I'm looking in this. You should have had your CD. Please give me until tomorrow to get back with you. After sending this email, CDGospel.net never responded again, nor have they refunded the overcharge.

On May 27th, I sent another email to CDGospel.net again demanding that they refund the amount they overcharged me. As of today, CDGospel.net still has not refunded the overcharge or responded to my emails.

In summary, I received $37.05 worth of merchandise and CDGospel.net charged me a total of $158.79 (three separate charges of $52.93 each), which amounts to an overcharge of $121.74.
