Neglected my cancellation

I purchased two gps, s from company to be shipped together. Told them I need both at same time. Rather than contacting me because one item was out of stock, they emailed me at 4:30pm telling me above. When I finally read my email (after 6pm and tried to call-no answer) Next morning I called and told them if I can not get both I want to cancel. They told me the first one was shipped already, did'nt even give me time to call them.! I told them I will refuse the item when it gets here and they told me I will have to pay a return fee. Ofcourse I told them to cancel the other gps. Came home two weeks later to find that they shipped it anyway. When I called them they were rude, obnoxious and again said I will have a refusal fee billed to charge card. Not the type of company I want to deal with.
