Service Literally Stole My Computer!

I sent my computer in on Monday to have a few hardware issues taken care of (I have the replacement warranty). On Tuesday they sent me someone else's computer and they don't seem to care (I do). I tried explaining this over the phone and that I just wanted MY computer back and after two hours of wild stories I finally spoke to what I thought was a nice man.

He said yes there must have been and error and explained he didn't have the authority to send me a new computer but he would have someone contact me within 48 hours who could. Great so they are either going to find my computer or send me a new one WOW, I love Dell right? No!

48 hours later I get a phone call, "what's the issue", they ask, then they claim to have no clue why I am upset. The guy actually asked me if the computer worked... Does it matter it's not mine! I don't know what to do now.

Essentially Dell stole my computer and thinks I should be happy with my "downgrade". Does anyone know who I can contact to get my computer back? Help!
