Qwest DSL Super Slow be aware

I have been with Qwest for a six month or so and everything worked okay, but recently my internet speed is very slow iam paying for 1.5 iam luck even if i get half of that in good day,

Their customer services / teach support is not much better neither, they will tell you to do the basic steps (turn off ur pc blah. Blah) when it doesn't work my services is still slow and here where they start suggestioning that there is something wrong with ur computer/s, I tried to explain to them that my lab top works fine at school,

Finally he told me there is nothing alse he can do for me if i want a faster speed i should get the 39.99 one, and why in hell would i do that, i just need get what iam paying for is that too much to ask,
One thing iam thankful for is that i rejected the two years contract they offered me
