Ripoff Unable to provide the services they promised

This company advertised in Canada. Made lots of promises at the seminar. Took lots of money and now can not or will not provide the services.

After three days of "chat-line" and long distance phone calls, there only word is"the system is being up-graded, sorry"Having picked up the Rip Off report, now I am very worried.

I can not afford to loose the last money I had available, as I am a pensioner.
