my mother and father went to this place and picked out there dream home they have worked hard for years to get. And every thing was sopost to be put in the loan and the manger DONNIE even made promises that they would pay half on there pump system an that my parnents could go to alshey funture store an pick out the funture then he backed out on that. Then would not even let then get the furture that was already in the home. Now they are about 3 days from closing on there home and DONNIE calls an says they need to bring him 5,700 dollars by friday or he will forclose on them hidden cost that they didnt no about and he will not provide then any invoice saying what money went over in there loan an why they have to pay. He even called an left mean an rude message on the anserwing mechine and even had the neavr to say STOP BEEING A PAIN JUST BRING ME A CHECK SO THIS DEAL WILL BE DONE! Also unwill to return phone calls and even got rude with my uncle who is trying to help my mom and dad. Both wish now the would of never went to clayton homes and there still hopeing for the best so the can move in to there dream home. If you want to be lied to or treated bad and talk to rudely this would be the place to go. I 'am trying to get my mother to call the va houseing department on them an home office in tenn.
