Dont buy Toshiba laptops. You will regret it!

My computer suffers from the following defects.

1. Design flaw with the hinges. This caused the screws to loosen under the screen and eventually fall out. After they fell out, the integrity of the whole laptop was compromised and the screws started to loosen and fall out. This led to the loosening of the screen and the bottom of the laptop.

2. Dead zones on the tablet screen defect: The screen does not recognize stylus in some spots. And there is a delay in the screen's recognition of the stylus.

3. System board malfunctioning defect: The system board does not recognize the computer's battery power after being charged. And the computer shuts down after 15 minutes when it is not plugged in.

My preliminary research shows that Toshiba uses the business practice of blaming the consumer for the defects and accusing them of physically damaging the computer. This practice is a reprehensible way to avoid honoring your warranties.instead, your company should be standing behind its products.
