I bought a laptop in November and 33 days after purchase the computer would only come on to white screen. Sent it out once still not fixed, now toshiba says it is the lcd screen and they are not responsible for fixing the problem. The last week we have called them they either tell us they will call back and never do or they hang up on us. I am filing a complaint and going to our local channel 3 news to report them. One way or the other my computer will get fixed free of charge to me. I will never buy Toshiba again.
