Double billing, no refund in specified time period

I had been charged $197.00 -twice with this plan, partially my very own problem whilst the site didn't go-anywhere after I clicked publish. I named to possess the program terminated, and required a reimbursement, in addition to a refund for that double-billing. I've received no reimbursement for either deal. I talked to some lady internationally so far as I really could tell by her bad knowledge of the Englishlanguage, and needed to call-back and talked having a guy with greater English since the first-person explained she might just publish one refund. This was on May 19th. Iwas told I'd receive a reimbursement within four weeks. Four weeks has come and eliminated.
