AOL Internet Serivice Provider I call for cancel the service, but they switch plan instead of terminate upon request. I have been charge over $300 for two months. Ripped off and scammed dishonest ripoffs AOL INETERNET SERVICE PROVIDER Internet...

I call aol for termination of the service, instead of terminating the service, they switch me to the limited access, unclear of how they handle the terminated service upon request and unware that when i call for the cacellation, those account including the master screen name still active.

Those people that i created the account for them still can logon and aol keep charging me for the time of usage. To me i thought that when i call for the termination of the service, it suppose to close from top to bottom.

For the last two monh since october and november they had charge me over $300. When i call and complaint about this they ask me for cancel confirmation #... What? If they don't send it to me how do i know what cf#? The way the handle the process, it more like a bulky trap.

I don't how or who else i can call or contact to resove this fairly. Please help. Any information that you can provide are appreciated.
