After doing business with this internet service provider for several years, FirstNET charged my credit card account an early termination fee after dial-up service to our home was interrupted due to a problem with the companies modem racks. No contact, explanation or apology for the inconvenience was offered by them and it became necessary to reconnect with another ISP.

I would like consumers to be very aware of the total lack of contractual obligation, very poor customer service and extremely rude owners and employees associated with this internet service provider.

I strongly urge anyone thinking of utilizing the services of this company to research them thoroughly and be sure to get EVERYTHING in writing.
