Back in August when getting my first bill for Call Alert with my internet provider. I received my phone bill with $12.95 attached for what I thought was this service.

I called my internet provider and cancelled the Call Alert service. They suggested I also call the phone company and let them know that it was cancelled.

I called my phone company and they said "you need to call OAN". I did. I spent almost an hour with them over the phone and they led me to believe that they were affiliated with my internet provider.

However, they said that I couldn't speak anyone becuase that dept only worked with internet providers. They would not accept they call from anyone but the provider.

The next month there was no charge for the service. Today I received the phone bill with two months charges of $12.95 for each month again for the voicemail service. I have never ordered anything from them.

It was my internet provider who found out about this site and the kind of company I was dealing with while on the phone with me this evening.

I'm going to see if I can't call OAN tomorrow (today they said their office closes at 4:00pm EST). I will also be contacting my phone company tomorrow morning to report this and to let them know about all these postings on this site about OAN.

I hope I get a refund, get the existing charges removed and see the day that OAN is out of business and is being prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

I think I might of installed my adware and spyware destroyers too late from this parasite.

My advice; install the adware and spyware destroyers asap!
