Ripoff, dishonest, fraudulent billing

I cancelled my membership with America OnLine in April.

It is December and they are still charging me for the 23.90 monthly fee.

I called and the person was rude and told me I was using the account. I told him he was wrong. He told me I could cancel now.

I told him that I wanted my money back.

He transferred me to the cancellation department and I sat on hold for more than ten minutes.
