Shane Melton aka Billy Melton posts his services on local free online services like denver. Craigslist.org and infowe.com as a low cost graphic desiger / website builder. Too low to be true!
He provided links to ligitmate websites he has designed in the past so I hired him and paid 50% down up front for him to design a logo and a website for my new company. He said over the weekend he would have a splash page up with my new logo. A week went by and I sent several emails asking for the status of his work.
He finally emailed me that he was in the hospital and they 'think' he has cancer, but he would send me an email with my new logo in about. 5 hour. What hospital would say they think someone has cancer?
Well... I never received his email with my new logo nor will he respond back to my emails or phone calls requesting my money back.
